Welcome to Safari Sahara Travel Agency, where your adventure begins. Before you book your journey with us, please take a moment to read through our Booking Terms and Conditions carefully.

These terms set forth our mutual rights and obligations and form the basis of your contract with Dunes Safari Tour SARL.

Your Agreement with Us

By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you are making a booking on behalf of others, it is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party agree to these terms.

Making Your Booking

To secure your booking, please contact us via email at info@safarisahara.com or phone at +212 651-493572. The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity and authority to book the trip on behalf of all participants.

Payment

A deposit of 25% of the total trip cost is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due four weeks prior to departure. If booking within four weeks of departure, full payment is required. Payments can be made via the payment methods specified on our website or as instructed by our customer service team.

If You Change or Cancel Your Booking

Changes

If you need to make changes to your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. While we will endeavor to assist, changes cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Cancellations

If you or any member of your party needs to cancel the booking, the Lead Name must inform us in writing immediately. Cancellation charges will apply, which typically amount to the loss of the deposit if cancellation occurs more than four weeks before departure, increasing to the full trip cost if cancellation occurs within four weeks of departure.

Changes & Cancellations by Us

Though we strive to operate all trips as advertised, we reserve the right to make changes or cancel bookings. In the unlikely event of a significant change or cancellation, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the choice of accepting the change, transferring to an alternative trip (if available), or receiving a full refund.

Liability

We are committed to providing a high-quality travel experience and will perform our obligations with reasonable skill and care. However, we cannot be held liable for any damage, loss, or expense resulting from force majeure or any unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.

Complaints

If you have a complaint during your trip, please inform our local representative or contact us directly at info@safarisahara.com so that we can attempt to resolve the issue. 

Passport, Visa, & Health Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that you comply with all passport, visa, and health requirements for the country you will visit. We are not liable for any failure to comply with these requirements or any related costs.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for all our trips. It is your responsibility to ensure that your insurance covers all your personal requirements including cancellation charges, medical expenses, and repatriation in the event of accident or illness.

Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Moroccan law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.

Changes to This Terms

We reserve the right to update this booking terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy on this page. We may also decide to notify you in other ways, but posting on our website is always a method we will use.
