Booking Terms

These terms set out the mutual rights and obligations between you (the traveler) and Dunes Safari Tour SARL (trading as Safari Sahara Travel Agency) and form the basis of your contract with us.
Agreement
By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you are booking on behalf of others, you accept responsibility for ensuring all participants agree to these terms.
Booking & Payment
- A deposit of 25% of the total trip cost is required to confirm your booking.
- The balance is due no later than 4 weeks prior to departure.
- For bookings made within 4 weeks of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Payments can be made using the methods specified on our website or by arrangement with our customer service team.
- Payments can be made via the methods indicated on our website.
- The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and authorized to do so on behalf of all travelers.
Cancellations by the Traveler
All cancellations must be made in writing by the lead traveler. The following charges apply:
- More than 30 days before departure: Loss of deposit (25%)
- 15–30 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost
- Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of trip cost
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your written cancellation request.
Changes by the Traveler
If you wish to make changes to your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, changes cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional costs.
Changes or Cancellations by Us
Although we strive to operate all trips as advertised, we reserve the right to make changes or cancel bookings if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.
In such cases, you will be offered one of the following:
- Acceptance of the change
- Transfer to an alternative trip (if available).
- A full refund.
Liability
We are committed to providing a high-quality travel experience and will perform our obligations with reasonable skill and care.
However, we are not liable for any damage, loss, or expense resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including force majeure events (such as natural disasters or health emergencies).
Complaints
If you have a complaint during your trip, please notify our local representative immediately or contact us directly at info@wordpress-1574586-6136266.cloudwaysapps.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Passport & Visa
All travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet the entry requirements for Morocco, including a valid passport, necessary visas (if applicable), and any required health or vaccination documentation.
We cannot be held liable for costs, delays, or issues resulting from failure to comply with Moroccan entry or health regulations.
Travel Insurance
It is your responsibility to ensure that your insurance covers all your personal requirements including cancellation charges, medical expenses, and repatriation in the event of accident or illness.
Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Moroccan law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.
Changes to this Terms
We reserve the right to update this booking terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting on this page.
